Bonita Payments by far the best merchant service Ive ever dealt with in my 20+ years of business. The equipment is top tier, like the Apple of POS. The team is very hands on. My system came preprogrammed with my menu items and custom modifiers. It also has everything you need built in. Elliott and his team work diligently in emergency situations, he had a dedicated line put in so that we never experience connectivity issues. Any problems we have he is on call. Ive even had to reach him for after hour events and he showed up and rectified the problem right away. Our supplies are shipped and the process it so streamlined that I would recommend everyone in business to become apart of the Bonita team.
