Pathetic excuse for a wrecker service. Made me wait 5 hours for them to show up at which point in time I told them to forget it.

We had a vehicle broke down and our insurance company called them to have our vehicle towed. They originally said 90 minutes to 120 minutes before they could get there. We patiently waited and after waiting 3 hours they notified us saying they were 20 minutes away. At 3.5 hours, they canceled on us. We waited for 3.5 hours in the pouring rain and they never even showed up. I would push my own car up hill in oncoming traffic on a road made of legos while I am barefooted before calling this company again. Absolutely pathetic services!!!

this company is unreliable. guy came in his tow truck, i approached him to verify he was the one that would tow my van. he confirmed and as soon as i turn my back he drove off without advising he would not be able to complete the job. very unprofessional company and we waited all day for them.

Ok so my girlfriend locked her keys in her car at my house so we called progressive and they said it would be about 24 minutes before we got a driver from this company to come out long story short we waited for 2 HOURS and the dude BROKE HER DOOR AND DID NOTHING TO TRY AND FIX IT AND EVEN SAW HE DID IT!!!!!!! Im outraged by this as my girlfriend hasnt even had the car for a week!!!!
