Absolutely horrible customer service, my wife Much shorter than myself at 6ft didnt see the no photos sign while walking in behind me and snapped a picture while we respect this, she just didnt see it. Rather than approaching, the two men running the shop screamed at her until she cried and we left. Great job tough guys you made a woman cry my hats off to you. I hope you feel super tough!
Might I add that there was actually no photo taken so again your overreaction to a small woman who pulled out her phone probably makes you feel super tough

Bought a $1,600 Sax lamp here while visiting the city, which is amazing. However it was shipped to Los Angles via the store and arrived damaged (bracket that holds it to the wood was sheared off). At first the store was responsive to getting the issue sorted and then radio silence, never got my issue resolved or any form of compensation. Wouldnt shop here again

The place is wonderful! So much to see and enjoy. We had to bring a piece home to enjoy always. Such eclectic influences mixed with artistry, something for everyone here.
