Ron is the best to work with!!  He is honest, fair and extremely helpful.  I have been working with him for over a year.  He was more than willing to go house hunting to find the perfect fire sale to rehab, which we did.  What he can do to a building will take your breath away.  After months of promising from different banks, I could not get a construction loan and it turns out, neither can anyone else.  Ron re-designed everything to the most minimal cost, while preserving the ability to easily do the original design once I have more money.  He is even giving me the detailed construction plan for idiots, or me with no construction ability.  He is always cautious, never over-selling or over-promising, and is very tuned into the customer's needs.  Again, in the original and in the redo, I can't believe the great design and the wow-factor he is able to put into this old building.  I can't wait to do another project with him in the future.
