American Can Apartments

I have lived at the American can for a few years and it has been great. One of the best things is the location of it in relationship to the Business District or how easy it is to get to Metairie. On top of that the building structure makes it very sound and having 10+ foot ceilings is always a plus. The amenities are great and the maintenance team is quick to respond.

Moved here almost 3 years ago and have loved every second of it. Management and maintenance are awesome and super friendly. The building is really unique and so are the apartments themselves. The pool/pool area is gorgeous, and during the weekdays no one is really there so its really peaceful to go lay out in the sun. Lastly, the location is perfect, I have everything I need right up the street on Carrollton! If youre looking for somewhere to live, I definitely recommend adding this place to your tour list. :)

Ask for Chloe in the leasing office! Super helpful and responds quickly to any requests/questions etc.

In the past few months, the American Cans has done substantial renovations. The building is cleaner inside and out. The staff in the office, Ashley and Chloe, are always so helpful and kind. Also, thanks American Cans for continuing implementing more safety features to for your residents!! The security gates and the secure parking garage are appreciated!!
