I bought a truck from him a couple of weeks ago on April 24, 2019. 20 minutes after I left I broke down. Me and my husband both asked for our money back and he said no thats what the warranty is for. The warranty did the inspection and determined that the problem was pre-existing and had been there for a long time before I bought the truck. Lloyd refuses to give us our money back and take his truck back. The warranty company is refunding the warranty cost because they said it should have never been sold with that truck. Lloyd still refuses to give me my money back with the warranty company telling him that the problem was there when he sold me the truck and he did not disclose that information to me! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CROOK! The warranty company told me that they will not be selling warranties through him anymore since is is doing bad business and selling warranties with broken vehicles and telling his customers that his mechanic would say what needs to be said for the warranty to cover it. I have the conversation recorded when he told me that so if anyone would like to listen to it then you can email me. I turned this recording over to the warranty people and they are reporting him also. DONT BUY FROM THIS CROOK!
