I had to take out all the PVC because it was laid in wrong. All of this was on new construction. He had the Y running the wrong way, my husband had to tell him it was wrong, and hes no plumber! The new plumber said, had we laid concrete, we wouldve had to bust it all up because the water wouldve been backing up, it wouldve never drained to the septic tank. Lets not forget the inspector passed that mess! Thank God the cement people told us it was wrong!

We had a water leak in our Rheem water heater so we contacted our home insurance. This company apparently is contracted through the home insurance. First they never returned calls in 5 days. 2. They replaced a Rheem water heater with heater something I never heard of. They dented the water heater getting it in attic. Then tore molding odd ceiling and didnt tell anyone. Then charged my wife a extra $400 that said insurance didnt pay . Im unable to post the pictures I have of the damage they caused. I dont ever give reviews but this one I had to. Wanted to install a bathroom upstairs at my house and they installed all the pipes above the floors and told me that I needed to raise the floor 6 inches. I told them prior to the install that I didnt want to do that, they then said that they can install everything under the floor then proceeded to install the pipes above the floor, told me to build a raised floor 6 inches then demanded payment. I told them to fix the pipes or rip it out because I didnt want that. The son then called me, threatened to sue and threatened to beat me up if I didnt pay. Finally the dad told me about a backwards flushing toilet that can work and to find a claw foot tub and that theyll rearrange the pipes to work above the floor without a 6 inch install. Bought the toilet from them then they told me that I needed to put a 6 inch platform just for the toilet, Im consistent and told them I didnt want a 6 inch raised floor anywhere. Finally they installed everything without a raised floor and then charged me double the original quote. Y'all when I say run, don't walk from this company, I'm not even kidding. The nightmare began when my home warranty company sent them out to fix my water heater. He comes out, changes a part. Well water heater is still doing the exact thing it was before but now it's leaking all over my flooring. Tried calling them for 3 days to no avail so I call my warranty back & they magically answer for them. They come back out but are now saying can't work on this bc xyz isn't up to code. They had zero issue working on it before. I called the lady at the "office" & she starts yelling at me, I can't get a word in & she ultimately hangs up on me bc I told her to stop yelling. Super unprofessional with her attitude, work ethics & never being able to get in touch with anyone there. Read the reviews..I wish I would have. A 2.5 rating says it all Service: Water heater repair
