My 2 week stay there was great! My room was clean every 2 days, but would get me fresh towels everyday. The staff there was exceptional friendly and helped me locate some local eateries. Breakfast was always available for me in the morning and I very much enjoyed my conversations with the woman that kept the breakfast going (replenishing when needed). Laundry was a bit dirty, but nothing to complain about.
Rooms: Clean. Updated. Quiet.
Nearby activities: Ask the front desk! They are always willing to find you something going on.

Thank you staff of Hampton Inn & Suites. I felt very comfortable and welcome at my stay this past weekend. Bed and room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I wake quite early in the mornings and it was fantastic to have fresh coffee while taking my dog out before 5:00 AM. By the was Luna the cattle dog was also happy with the service and hospitality.

Currently staying at Hampton Inn New Iberia. No hot water. I dont know if hot water is in the service agreement between hotel and customer probably not. I dont want to be rude to the front desk staff, its not their fault. We are here working all week. Two rooms, five nights(1350$).
Is Hampton going to offer me a discount? For that price I will stay in a bed and breakfast next time I'm here (in 6 months) and I will have hot water and no teenagers running the hall and slamming 100lb doors. Why do these doors close so loud?
