Brooks is a cool dude to sum it up. Also, his staff are very prompt and no one EVER keeps you waiting around for no particular reason. The hygienist is super nice and she doesnt fuss at you for every little thing. She also usually has my teeth cleaned up in 20 min. I had a filling repaired recently. Brooks and his assistant fixed it in 25 min.

Had a tooth blow up in my mouth on a Friday, called to get a emergency appointment. The receptionist couldn't get me in until the following Monday afternoon. Stayed in immense pain. Got a appointment with another dentist the following Monday morning at 8am. As soon as I had the tooth removed that same day I called into Todd Babineau's office about 11am, to cancel my appointment of 2pm. The receptionist told me I had to give them a 24-hour notice that they would still charge me the full fee. Told the very rude receptionist that the tooth was hurting so bad I had to take a appointment with another dentist that had get it out as soon as possible. Plus they where closed over the weekend. They are still reporting to the credit bureaus of non-payment. I do Not recommend this dental practice. I have disputed it with the three credit bureau agencies it is on file with these people have done. I even went into to talk with them, again I told the same very rude receptionist, how was I supposed to give 24 hour notice of cancellation, when the appointment was made late Friday afternoon and that their office is closed over the weekend. Public beware of their unethical practice's.

Great dental office, super chill atmosphere(which I love at a dental office!) Dr Brooks and his team are so nice and personable. Scheduling is easy and appointments are always great!
