        Madison is a very personable guy, which can be some what disarming. Also his crew is friendly. I am sure his high dollar work is very nice and quite worthy of praise. However, if you are on a budget ensure you ask explicitly upfront for a detailed statement of work with all of your expectations clearly spelled out! Some basic transitions I assumed would be incorporated into the work were not. When asked about these issues all I heard was excuses and things I could do. We both knew I have no legal leg to stand on, so was not worth pursuing. While I am no craftsmen and certainly could not do this work, I do recognize quality workmanship, attention to detail and understand customer satisfaction...the finished product provided by Pierce Decorative Concrete just did not meet all of those marks IMHO!
