      image I called to have someone check to see why my hot water heater stopped working, lady got my information and said she would call me back once she reached out to the plumber to see what time he could make it. I waited almost 3 hours called back and I was told the same exact thing, this time by a different person. No one ever came out or called back within a 5 hour period on the other hand I reached out to a company out of town called Benjamin plumbing and they made it to me before 4pm..
