        Ok so I made a large order for work and was told to get fish and chicken, and I'm like chicken at a fish restaurant? I've never had Captain D's chicken, but turns out it was pretty damn good....not gunna lie I was a lil shocked

        It sucks that they don't have enough employees to open so you can eat inside. The food is a good value and is consistent. Some of the best tea in town!! The drive through is not the fastest, but given they cook to order, it's understandable. Having to wait on 18th to get on the parking lot stinks and is dangerous.

      At our Monroe, LA location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.
