      image Do not use this place if you need ADHD medication. Use any other pharmacy if you want to be treated with dignity.
      The lady on the phone was horrible! She treated my spouse like a drug seeker yesterday because she was calling around to other pharmacies to see if they had her ADHD med in stock, due to a shortage. She was directed to do this by both her doctor and our regular pharmacist.
      Absolutely disrespectful behavior.

      I apologize for how this phone call was handled. We are in a nationwide shortage of multiple ADHD medications and we field around 20 calls per day from individuals who are not our current patients looking for these medications. We try to explain the shortage issue along with how the DEA regulates us and restricts the percentage of controlled medications we are allowed to dispense. In retrospect, I can see how this may make someone feel as though they are treated like a drug seeker as you stated. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. Again, I apologize for this and we have scheduled a training for our staff on this Tuesday to educate them on how to communicate the information the patient needs to know with out making them feel this way.
