Nice, Clean and quiet place to rest, the reception lady was extremely nice and helpful, I recommend this place. Safety: Very secure Walkability: You can walk around if you need anything Food & drinks: We make order to delivery, was quick delivered also variety of food around the hotel

Rooms were nice but walls were thin. We could hear outside conversations clearly. Bed was comfortable.

A Quality Inn with zero quality. This place is in really bad shape. Empty pool full of debris, dirty hallways with old furniture piled around, broken smoke detectors, etc. I wouldnt stay here again for free.

Great hotel, 5 stars, great customer service. The rooms are extremely clean. Safety: The best Hotel in Monroe Louisiana.

These rooms were horrible the refrigerator had mold inside and was caked over with ice, blood on the sheets the fire alarm was torn down and not put back together it was in the drawer and we were in a smoking room, the front desk customer service was horrible the front desk guy flipped out on me pointing at his Temple of his head telling me that I was not listening to him and he told me that he was going to check me out after I repeatedly told him no don't check me out and I told him I wasn't going to check out until I knew I had another room for certain and he continued to tell me loudly "NO I'm going to check you out and this was after I had already paid $374 for the room plus my pet fee of $ 20 in advance name was Mahesh Petals very rude individual no knowledge of customer service felt he could just be loud and obnoxious with me and not even accommodate me whatsoever, at this point where I walked off and told him it was okay forget I even asked that I would keep the room that I had. I was told to bring this to the gentleman's attention the next morning is the reason I mentioned the double bed I do have my disabled daughter with me and that was another reason why I needed a double bed I was so shocked and upset about the whole situation I didn't hear anyone want to deal with him the next day the next day he continued to harass us about the dog being an extra fee which was already paid and then we didn't even get our room cleaned this day, I had to come back to my room later that evening and pick up Towels just so me and my family could have something to dry off on thank God he wasn't there I didn't have to deal with him he's a very rude individual and I will never recommend this motel to anybody it's one of the worst that I've experienced yet good luck with your future guest! Never again at 1407 Martin Luther King Junior drive Monroe Louisiana 71202 don't do it !
