I've been working for afnb for about 2 months & i called staffing/caron(caron never ever answers the phone) to inform them that i needed assistance with changing a diaper because( im not familiar with changing an adult size person) to my knowledge staffing said the client was able to go to the rest room on their own but it was different when i arrive to the client house.... I figure since i didnt know how to change a diaper someone would come out to assist me or teach me from the local office no one showed up... Even after i call several times to explain to them i was forced to leave the client unchanged because the person that was there didnt know how to change the client diaper as well.... Unprofessional company The work you do for little bit of pay is jus to much Start pay:$7.45 Duties:is a ton of work(staffing tell you one thing it be something different) Travel:bastrop, ruston, grambling, jonesboro, & ect no mileage pay it not worth the wear & tear on your car Jus not a good company to work for
