Professional doctor, exceptional professor. Dr. O'Neal is both thorough, and kind, in teaching and in healing. Today's healthcare profession has become a booming business. Things like meaningful patient care and genuine concern for each patient often fall through the cracks and go unnoticed, leaving patients often feeling like a number, more than a person. Dr. O'Neal is one of the rare few to make an effort to reach out to each patient and continue to instill these long forgotten values in each resident that she has the pleasure of teaching. I wish America valued medical professionals who also take the time to be outstanding professors, as much as they value doctors with specialties. You can tell by simply observing her while in clinic, or throughout her day, that she is there to ensure that the future of healthcare is professional, meaningful, and profitable. Quality is just as important as quantity, and with Dr. O'Neal, you're more than a number.
