        These stars are for Dr. Henry only as the front office staff in Monroe is horrible. Madison, Sarah, and Kynetta to be exact. Dealing with them is a nightmare. They are extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and will hang up in your face. I guess they assume since they dont work directly for Dr. Henry they can get away with treating his patients however they like. Its unfortunate that Steward stands behind their behavior and wont replace them. I can only imagine how many patients Dr. Henry has lost due to them. Do yourself a favor and stick to Telehealths so you dont have to deal with these individuals or go to the West Monroe office where they greet you with a smile, are helpful, and dont treat you as an inconvenience. His nurses, Jamie & Roslyn are awesome as well! Dr. Henry is hands down the best PCP. Just avoid the Monroe office like the plague.
