I honestly didn't want to leave a 2 but after tonight I had to. I come to this gas station all the time because it's convenient. The place has a good atmosphere and good workers. The reason why I left the 2 instead of 5 stars is because of this one workers attitude towards the companies customers. Usually there's one of two men that's up there during the night shift and they are amazing hands down awesome employees but the woman with the big curly hair that works there is a different story. She's been really rude to my husband and I before but we've always let it go. This time is a completely different story, I go in and get two drinks then go to the self service checkout and ask for a Black&Mild, I was gonna get two because they were on sale (mind you I was just there 2 hours prior) so I knew they were on sale. She then acts like she doesn't know what I'm talking about and eventually tells me they're not on sale anymore. When I told her I had just been there and got one on sale she got really annoyed so I just told her to get me one so I could leave. This gas station scans IDs every single time so before I had asked for this product I had my ID out. She rudely tells me she needs to see my identification to which I hand it to her. This is where the real problem lies because before she was just being rude. After she takes the ID she scans it and I had thought she had already scanned the black so I put my card in and it declined, she's obviously annoyed so I apologized and she ignored me. She scans both items and I guess I put the card in too fast because it declined again and she practically yelled that I needed to stop putting my card in and wait a minute in front of other customers so. I get having a bad day but getting loud with a customer over a simple accident is just unprofessional all the way, on top of the fact that as I said this isn't an isolated incident. Again wanted to leave a higher review because the other employees rock and are very helpful but this has happened so many times I don't know if i even want to home back which is sad because i come almost every day.
