Wingstop

I first off all I did order online. Got there waited over 30 mins after 16 mins started online would be ready. Only to receive boneless wings so hard fried hard to chew them. Fries were ok but not hit like freshly made. I called its hot outside they wanted me to get back in my car and drive back. I threw them in the trash. I will never return there again. Ive eating Wingstop in other states never had that bad of an experience. Young girl nice but sure cant control the cooking. 29$ wasted. Wrong stop you wont Ever get my business again

A bunch of disrespectful little punks running this store. I ordered ahead and stop by to pick up my order. Upon checking my order I realized it was wrong. They had me give them back the box of wings and the employee proceeded to put his hands all over my food and then give the the same box. I spoke with the manager who had ZERO customers service skills. Needless to say this will be the last visit to this location a bunch of central thugs here.

Food is always great, but the service needs some work. Especially with online orders. Any customers who order online for store pickup are looking for that extra convenience of walking in and hopefully walking back out shortly after. But when you completely botch the order by not printing it or preparing it before the customer arrives 30 mins later like this store does repeatedly, then you might as well do away with online ordering altogether.
