        I am from out of town and I have been staying in Minden for a couple of months now for work. I have been using this bank to get the quarters that I need to do laundry on Saturdays for a few weeks now but today they would not give me quarters due to not having an account. I explained about me not being from this area and not being able to have an account at this bank and there is no where else for me to get quarters on Saturdays and that they have been giving me quarters for a couple of months already. The girl acted like she didnt know what to do and still told me no. I dont see the problem of trading cash for quarters even if I do not have an account. I would not have an account at this bank if the way that they treated me today represents the way that they help people.

        BEWARE! I noticed a suspicious transaction on my account and I called to ask questions. I was told that I had made the transaction. That was a lie! I was told that they would investigate it and call me back. Needless to say, I never got the call back. I logged into my online banking only to find out that the error was corrected. The Teller accidentally gave someone five hundred dollars from my account. No apologies or anything. And lets not get into their lazy mortgage loan officer. Ive never in my life seen anything like it. A six month long back and forward game. They constantly ask for the same documents (more than three times). And blames Covid for their lack of work and being behind. (Excuses for laziness) I am unimpressed and looking to transition elsewhere. In my opinion, Richland was a better operating Bank.
