        Bayou Title was professional and courteous. I had a very complex situation that required extra care, however, they were more than accommodating and went out of the way to make sure closing went smoothly.

        Everyone was so friendly and helpful. There were a few snags on our side, but the folks were patient, accommodating, and helpful. Highly recommend!

        Attended a closing yesterday that was a really bad experience. First, they double booked the time, so they only had a very small room for us and they tried to limit the seller's representative from attending the actual closing. Then, they couldn't support all of the cost they wanted the seller to pay. Then they attempted to get the seller to sign an indemnification form in favor of the buyer's title insurance company and when told that the buyer didn't want to sign it, they said it wasn't necessary...deceptive at best. Also, the Bayou Tiltle closer was bossy and unpleasant. Overall a very bad experience and I wouldn't voluntarily ever go to a closing with them in the future
