Title Corp of Louisiana

I use Title Corp on almost all of my real estate transactions. After many years of exemplary service, I know my buyers are always in good hands with Title Corp!

I was thoroughly disappointed with Title Corps in my recent use if their service. 1. To purchase a home, I had 3-4 different representatives calling / emailing me. 2. When it came time to closing, Title Corps sent me documents to be returned overnight without disclosing the cutoff time for return of the documents. This cost me more than $550.00 to purchase a same-day-air ticket to ship approximately 50 documents when I missed the cutoff by an hour. I received the documents at 1200 and they were to be notarized and returned to FEDEX 4 hours later. 3. The staff were nice but not in sync, and I received calls and correspondence from multiple people asking for similar things that were already discussed.
