Ducky's is fantastic. I came in initially for a warranty claim for a Hayward product that I purchased somewhere else. Josh was incredibly helpful with the warranty claim and working through some delays/challenges that Hayward had. As a result of the great service I had gotten, I also decided to purchase a heat pump through Ducky's. The price was competitive and the follow up service when I had questions was the kind of service you'd hope for from any store (but seldom actually get ;). Ducky's will certainly be my go-to now for pool supplies.
