If I could give this place zero stars I would. They dont have an adequate maintenance staff so trash is always full and grounds are dirty. Im still waiting for repairs to be since the hurricane. Too expensive for an outdated unit. Roofs are old and falling apart at the seams. Stay far away, you can rent a much nicer apartment for the same price

This place is trash. My boyfriend lived here for a year, payed his rent on time and he had problems while being there and also after moving out. While there, the power constantly went out even though he paid the Entergy bill. He thought it was the whole building but it was just his unit. He had to go down to the main breaker multiple times to fix it. He called to complain multiple times and nothing was done about it. After the hurricane he received roof damage and didnt get help until 3 and a half months later. They didnt put the blinds up in the main bedroom after tearing them down for construction on the roof. He called to complain about it and yet again nothing was done. He had to change in that room afraid that somebody would be looking through the window. After moving out, they are trying to charge $1100 for the damage to the blinds (which he didnt do), carpet replacement (which wasnt even dirty). ABSOLUTELY DO NOT LIVE HERE. THIS PLACE IS SHADY AND NOT EVEN AS NICE AS IT SEEMS ON PICTURES.

Ms Christian has been very helpful with helping me get an apartment at such little notice. Really hope to be living here soon.
