Dont buy from Billy. All the apartments at 689 central ave have old pipes and water damage. The apartments up top causes the bottom apartment to flood with water when ever they run water or use the bathroom. The whole bottom row apartments covered with water. Unless you want to live in a mildew infested apartment dont rent from him

Redfish ran my apartment management in the Warehouse District and did an incredible job. I could always reach them and they responded immediately. Maintenance requests only had to be submitted once and they were done, rent was paid by credit card (that was so awesome, Im rolling in miles!) and the team is very kind and patient.

Weve loved living in a property managed by Red Fish. Theyre always super quick to respond to maintenance requests and were super flexible with us when we faced some emergency health issues. They have been nothing but kind and patient with us. We couldnt recommend them more!!
