Julian and Luis were awesome at scheduling my PDK service. Arrived at 7:45 car was seen at 8 as scheduled. So far my car is still performing flawlessly. My only issue is the terrible car wash. It was if they just took a hose and sprayed water on my car and did nothing else and left water spots! Clearly someone did not want to wash and dry cars that day. I did call and report it to Julian. He offered for me to bring vehicle back to be rewatched but I was too far from the dealership. The front desk greeter made sure we had endless snacks and pastries! Made feel very comfortable!

These people are incompetent. Their service department is a disaster. Misdiagnosed problem. Never made repairs and the car sat for over a year untouched and requiring new batteries and tires from sitting in pooled water. Awful experience. Avoid at all cost for service.

Horrible experience with service department. Keep my car for over a year and pretty much forgot to work on it. Then told me repairs were made but they werent. Not once but twice. Highly inexperienced service department. Ive never gone back since.

This company gives Porsche a bad name that it does not deserve. I have heard how they take advantage of people buying new cars and they are damaged with no disclosure. The company has no morals and as soon as they get the money they run away taking no responsibility. The salesman Nate did this to my friend on a 911.

By far the easiest & best buying experience we've ever had. Eddie was responsive from the moment I inquired about a vehicle & worked with Sean to get numbers & questions figured out before we made the hour drive over. Nate helped us with the test drive & final paperwork & was super knowledgeable about the bells & whistles on a non Porsche vehicle. Sean ensured the process was seamless & tracked down a couple of things that were missing to ensure we were happy.
