        The service at the CVS located at 2105 Cleary in Metairie, La has awful service. It may take up to 11-15 minutes before someone acknowledges you in the pharmacy area and drive up. Customer service training is most definitely needed for all employees at this store. Bad attitudes are also prevalent.

        Made an order with cvs pass. Was emailed twice that it was ready. Went down twice and was told my order wasnt there! Never again!

        Don't believe the huge red sign at the drive thru that say BOTH LANES FULL SERVICE. If you wait an hour in the left lane for a prescription they'll tell you to go get in the other lane because they only do covid testing in the left lane. In the time spent exchanging words how there's no sign indicating the left lane could not produce prescriptions, they could have just handed me my prescription.
