It was our First time there he was real friendly it made my son feel comfortable while checking his eyes it was a long wait just to see him.

He was great with my 16 and 6 yr old
He was very patient while the 6 yr old was talking to him about everything during the eye exam and made the visit a pleasure especially for her first eye doctor appointment.

If I show up for an appointment an hour late you will tell me I have to reschedule. So then why is it ok to have us sitting for an hour an not have been seen. Yes I understand do to Covid things get backed up but this is insane.
