Dr. Dimitri is an amazing doctor! Brooke and Lew were very helpful at the front desk and they made the check in process super easy, I was taken to the back very quickly. Appointment was very efficient. Highly recommend this practice!

I made the mistake of trying another place to get glasses but quickly returned to Optique Optical. As always, Donna Lynn took excellent care of me and got me in my glasses and sunglasses right away. She is always so helpful and a pleasure to work with!

Specific kudos to Donalyn at the Vision/frames/and ordering desk: she's a treasure. Helpful, knowledgable, immensely responsive to customer needs - she made my original prescription sunglass ordering process fun and simple, and when I had to replace them (lost! alas!) she helped replace them quickly and IDENTICALLY.

While Angela at the scheduling/check out counter was hard to work with/unorganized/not super polite, Donalyn at the vision desk was SO HELPFUL, so patient and very incredibly friendly - she personally gets five stars!!! The doctor was also terrific. Location easy to find, just dont try and go when the school buses are lining up!

Optician made my experience the worst eye doctor Appointment in my entire time wearing glasses did not offer to substitute glasses no matter Id I paid out of pocket just shoved me out the door she should be fired extremely rude and not attentive to patients comfort with frames
