        There was a lot of information needed for the loan. Emily explained why this information is required. She helped us every step of the way and was very attentive to our needs and timing of the actual closing date. I would certainly recommend them to use if you are in the market for a mortgage!

Standard Mortgage has established relationships with credible investors including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and other to originate and service mortgage loans secured by single-family properties. These investors provide strong, reliable capital sources, allowing us to finance all property types and deal structures.
