Small servings. Congested dining rooms, can hear everyone speaking from the next tables. They close early if they feel like it. They charge extra to get your food to go.

Have never been to a place that is 2/3 empty with no line that first declines to seat us, then indicates if they do we would have a time limit. Sorry, what? Not sure if this was a freak incident or because it was two women eating out together. No worries though, we went to one of the really good, crowded Italian restaurants of New Orleans, spent big, and stayed as long as we wanted. I'd guess they are making more money. You don't have to tell me twice.
