I can't give the Amount of stars They deserve. Jade and Jared are a great team they worked so hard to get me and my kids in a better then then what I was in. I'm so happy I came to get a car and now I'm a part of the hyundai family. I will tell everyone to come see the people at hyundai of metairie it truly was a great Experience.

Excellent service and great experience. Everyone they are rock stars . I highly recommend this dealership. I started the process around 10am and by 4pm, I was rolling away with my new car. Eric Jackson and Adam Meyers, thank you for making my car purchase painless, quick, smooth and easy.

I was advised by Hyundai customer care to bring my 2017 Hyundai Tucson to have the anti-theft software tested after my vehicle was stolen from the parade route. Carlos the service rep stated dont bother calling, we are too busy while dropping off my vehicle. I sent multiple emails, Sarah at Hyundai customer care called and sent emails to Carlos. He stated he didnt know any Sarah and no one has tried to reach him. I was charged $210 to have a diagnostic on my vehicle and there was no statement stating the software was tested. In fact the pother reps stated there was no paperwork on your vehicle. The ignition switch is still ripped out from under my steering wheel and was told I have to pay for the damages and to wait for the settlement. I also received my vehicle back with two low front tires. On the diagnostic report it states that the tires were in good condition. This is not the first time Hyundai has stated false information about this vehicle. My car has been broken into 3 times and successfully stolen once in the past 4 months. This is my family car for my children. I have had more issues with this vehicle than I ever had in my entire life owning vehicles. I would have NEVER purchased a Hyundai if I knew then what I knew now. Mind you I have only had this vehicle for 2.5 years!
