        Refused to Honor a prepaid Reservation and made me pay again for the room at 2AM !! When i reached there tired , staff was rude NEVER AGAIN

        We loved staying at this hotel. Rooms are clean. Service is nice and they offer great hot breakfast that changes daily. Pool operational and clean. Fitness center and courtesy cookies at the front desk. Rooms: Clean and spacious. We stayed in a suite. Just didn't like that the bathroom doors don't lock. Nearby activities: Near veterans hwy so there are plenty of places to eat and near the movies and shopping. Plus enjoy the pool and fitness center. Safety: We felt very safe and relaxed Food & drinks: The breakfast there is great. Clean and have a good variety. Just didn't like being watched by the 2 attendees there. Better not make a mess lol. Noteworthy details: Overall great hotel for a great price. Not far from the city of New Orleans.
