Former DON. Owner of company is heavily medicated. Can not speak with you without ducking off. Barely came into the office. Did not put my info in the computer timely and was written a personal check for my paycheck! Deposited it, paid bills and all for it to come back as not verified to have sufficient funds in account. I accrued several OD fees and some utilities turned off due to the check being returned! Office manager pays the bills and has been unable to pay the patient supplies bill. They were denying nurses any supplies for the patients Bc they were unable to pay the bill to order any more. It was overheard that they were waiting on a tax refund check in hopes to pay the bill!!!! They do not supply adequate amount of supplies to patients. One pack of briefs (12 count depending on size) for an entire month. The DON position was a joke. They start off pay at $72,000 and you end up being a home health field nurse instead of being able to adequately do your job as a DON! She asked me to find a new medical director - this isnt my job. This is her business and should have set that up a long time ago. She was caught sleeping on the floor of the facility - I assume being to high and unable to drive as I have expressed many times if she was even ok to drive home. DO NOT TAKE THIS JOB OR ANY JOB RELATING TO THIS COMPMANY! This company will go down and its going to happen quickly!!!! If u want Home Health, there are plenty of stable agencies out thereZ this is FAR from stable! The office manager treats everyone like children! Makes fun of them and even tells the owner off daily but the owner knows she cant find anyone else and just takes the abuse! Its truly a sad sad company. Also, the owner is sleeping with one of the office employees! TOXXXXXIC
