They are very very unprofessional..They put other jobs first like the person they are supposed to be taking of isn't..you have to work around their time. if they tell you one time they are never on time...i wouldn't ever use them again.I'm bout to give psa healthcare a chance

This place is a joke - poor communication, limited customer service, lack of follow through on appointments. Avoid at all costs.

They are unprofessional. My son has a Portacatheter that needs to be heparinized every month. For 2 months nobody had call me to come out to flush him. When I called they told me they will have some one call me back they never did. One time they had ask if we can meet up somewhere so nurse can flush him. Uh no that is not professional and not sanitary at all. Nobody should ever go through them!

Very unprofessional!! I would never trust them again. We had trouble with a nurse and when asked to have an accident report filled out for an incident that happened I never got it resolved which lead me to search for another company. Matter of fact they still have yet to pick up their binder on my daughter and it's been a year. Its hard to cover some areas but PSA is definitely better and they try to accommodate every patents needs.
