        Very cozy and very clean place It is a new hotel and a few minutes from downtown New Orleans The breakfast girl is very friendly and provides excellent service.

        Room was clean and spacious. The hotel is on a side road which makes for less traffic noise. It is also within walking distance of multiple restaurants and the mall. The people at check in and who put out breakfast were not very personal, but they also were not rude. I travel for business multiple times a year. This is my third time in Metaire in 3 years. This I will say was the best of the 3 places I stayed. The size of the room, the quite and location made it the best.

        We stayed hotel for nights. Cooktop control knob Is broken in the kitchen, shower handle is losing, less shower shampoo to use, not even enough water pressure for the shower when you try to relax for a tired day. You cannot find a pen or a piece of paper when you try to write something down. Very disappointed !
