        Hours are not accurate. Unable to get someone on the phone. First trip on a weekday at 4:35, only to see that they close at 4:30, not 5. Second trip on a weekday at 4:19 and no one was there.

        Called to ask a simple question about getting some shirts done and she was very disrespectful. I ended up hanging up the phone. She asked me why do I want to know? Just bring the shirt. If I can give 0 stars I would.

        I am so happy I found Embroidery Empire!! Super friendly service and fast turnaround. I can't imagine any place in the city matching the price either. Beyond happy with them!

        I will never recommend this place! I brought in 4 of the same Christmas stockings and they gave me back 3 and a totally different one. When I called to ask about it the lady that answered denied it and couldnt be any ruder. She hung up on me! I wouldve been ok with an acknowledgement of an error but not with rudeness. I am writing this review because the embroidery is fine but not the mistake or the rudeness. Do not do business with this company!!!!
