I had a fantastic experience with Capland Embroidery that I simply must share! On a tight schedule, I brought in several uniform shirts and jackets for our company, anticipating a wait time of about three days, or even after the holiday. However, I mentioned to Alexis, a staff member, my urgent need for at least one jacket due to the colder weather. To my absolute delight, after just a short while, I received a call from Alexis informing me that not only the jacket but all the items were ready! I was astounded by this level of dedication and efficiency. It's evident that the new owners of Capland Embroidery are maintaining a high standard of service. Alexis, in particular, deserves special recognition. Her warmth, friendliness, and professionalism truly set her apart. She went above and beyond to ensure our engineer had the necessary coats for protection against the cold.
