        Some of the worst customer service I ever dealt with makes things difficult for people to rent through insurance policy. Demanding that I have insurance when my vehicle is wrecked. Maybe I want to cancel my ongoing insurance while my car is being fixed then they stated I would have to pay for their insurance. My car was hit why do I have to have active insurance for a car I'm not driving atm. Wish they wouldn't have transfered my reservation to this one on airline. Never had this problem with the service road or veterans location.
