I was contacted by this company which appear to be working in tandem with a company called Thryv. I have never heard of either of these companies and I do not owe them money. It appears they go after and try to exploit small businesses. After looking at reviews and Better Business Bureau complaints, of both companies, I believe they should both be criminally investigated for fraud. I have reported Thryv and RM to the BBB and will be notifying the District Attorney's Office as well.

Dont give these people anything. They will just keep calling you over and over again to make empty threats about suing you. Do not pick up the phone no matter what they say. Do not agree to pay them anything. DO NOT block their phone number either. Whenever you see them calling, just let it ring. They will leave you alone eventually.

Im dealing with these clowns. Just dispute the debt, send a certified letter. Commercial collections are governed by state law. State law often follows FDCP laws. If you dispute the debt, no attorney will file on you. Most courts won't grant summary judgements on disputed debts. Also, ask to see that they have a license to collect on a debt in your state. Chances are they do not, so if they don't provide proof they can pound sand. These people are chodes on the phone, they are annoying but i laugh. Don't let them work you up. Dispute and cease and decist contact letters. They'll continue to bug you but its a pyschological game at that point. Make them play your game, don't play theirs. These people ain't nothing. Just cover your bases and dispute in writing certified mail. They can lick your balls. Read the other reviews, they make threats and act stupid on the phone. Dispute the debts, send a cease and desist to stop calls and letters and ignore their tactics. If it goes to court, its disputed. Most attorneys wont touch a disputed debt no matter what is said by Douche-Milliken. Let them savor the taste of your balls.
