      image Receptionist apparently put down the wrong phone number. Claimed they tried to get in touch with me. I got off work at 530am, had a 10am appointment. Got here at 930am, walked in at 945am.... the Receptionist looked confused. Said well, your phone is disconnected and we kept tried to call you. No, you didn't. Obviously you had the wrong number, they did. I don't need to reschedule and I could have stayed sleeping this morning. Don't bother wasting your time. I've been here before and they couldn't find my info in the computer and this is why.

      Hi Jennifer, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. As the receptionist told you, your stylist is sick and in the hospital. The front desk called all her clients to cancel and reschedule her appointments but your number was incorrect in the system. I've spoke to the front desk and remind them that they need to confirm the phone number with our clients each time to make sure we have the most updated information. Again, our apologies for your troubles.
