I picked up my car after signing off and paying Meineke a good amount of money to replace my brake pads and rotors, which were in really bad shape. On my way to work a few days later, I noticed that they were still making a grinding/scraping noise. I brought the car back on Saturday and found out that they had put my rear pads and rotors on the WRONG CAR!! There isn't any quality control happening in this garage. They made the repair a few days later - or they said they did anyways. They offered their apologies and a free oil change - which is pretty weak considering what happened. I asked for a $50 refund so I could pay another mechanic to verify that the work was done correctly, but they would not oblige. I feel that would have been the right thing to do. The woman working at the front was kind and helpful. However, I asked to speak with a manager and they didn't have the decency to even give me a call. I'll definitely not return to this place again. The new lady named Angel sucks. I told her about a check engine light that came on, and she immediately told me that it's not related to the repairs that were done when I spent $3400 in December. Didn't offer me a diagnostic or anything and I'm still under warranty. Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Oil change, Electrical

Came in a couple of weeks ago because of a check engine light. I spoke with Sadie, and she ran the coding that came up and found that the auto maker had an alert pertaining to that specific coding. She recommended I go to the dealership service center to have it looked at and suggested that I ensure my warranty covered any issue I may have had, so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. Sadie was great! She was super helpful and very professional. As of yet, I haven't had any work done on my car at this location because it hasn't been needed, so I can't speak to any of their auto work in that regard. However, the customer service I received was great. Thank you!
