After a very bad experience at our local dealership, I brought my 2010 328I here, and was so impressed! Honest, caring, reliable, you really cant ask for more! Previously, I had only had an oil change and that was great as well. I wont go anywhere else!

I've been having issues with my Ford for 7 months now.  After 3 trips to a private mechanic and a trip to the mechanic at the dealer, I had spent almost $2K and wasted countless hours to have my car "fixed".  I had the problem now a 5th time, took it to Mayeaux, and within less than an hour he figured out what was wrong (Ford has a service bulletin that relates to the issue), charged me nothing (I'm not even sure he had to look at the car, he listened to what I said and found the service bulletin that answered what the problem was), and referred me to a Ford dealership/mechanic that he trusted to have the engine replaced under warranty.  The mechanic at the dealer called me back the next day and told me that Mayeaux was right and they would replace the engine under warranty.  Will definitely bring my car here for further issues and maintenance and will refer anyone I know to them.  So appreciative that I finally found a mechanic in the NOLA area that seems to actually be helpful and not rip every customer off.
