I didnt have the funds to continue with service. However an associate by the name of Brian was the most professional, courteous , respectful, and straightforward tech Ive ever dealt with. After informing me about a cylinder 4 miss-fire. I asked why, and before I could nag or whine ab additional cost or hourly rates . Brain immediately tells me he would be happy to take a bore scope and get it diagnosed. And following that, i mentioned how much i am struggling financially especially after the passing of my father ( which he had no clue about) without hesitation, without second guessing, he knocked off a whole half hr on the invoice. If u need honest people and honest work. Ask for Brian. He will get u right and then some. Following that he set a realistic expectation of what i need to do from here on out.

They have really comfortable chairs and couches. They also provide coffee, music, water and vending machines for their customers while you wait. Other businesses need to take notes. Well done!

In the past few years, the term "customer service" has become an afterthought here at G&H.. What was a great business when Shane was behind the counter has now become a shop that treats customers with no common courtesy or thankfulness for business. We have been loyal customers for over 10 years, but the last two times we have been in or service it appears we are bothering the front desk personnel based on how they communicate. I think now its time for a change as this business has forgotten that without customers they have no business.. Shane, sorry to see that your business is being ruined right before your eyes..
