I will never use them again. You think they're covered by your insurance and you have to cash.

This company is the TERRIBLE. They are incompetent and unprofessional. I unfortunately used there service, WHICH I WILL NEVER DO AGAIN. My amount owed to them was $12.19, which I paid and received a confirmation email. They continued to send me letters telling me how my payment was past due. After receiving 4 additional emails about how my bill was past due I called again and the rep advised that she shows my bill having been paid and $0.00 balance due. I asked to speak to a supervisor to address why I'm still receiving PAST DUE notices when my bill was paid. The rep advised there were no supervisors to talk to, but a supervisor would reach back out to me within 24 hours. That was about 2 weeks ago. I haven't heard anything back. NOW, I receive a final notice that they are sending my account to Collections. This company is ridiculously incompetent. It should be illegal for companies to have this level of unprofessionalism. Do yourself a favor if you need xrays don't let them use this company.

Got smashed in 2 car wrecks that left me unable to walk and have any function of my bladder, after being contacted by a lady to help with a bill from these people , which neither her nor the person at this place could find who to bill , even though I have 2 insurances, I was told not to worry it would be handled, it sure was , I was sent to collections and it's now on my credit report. If I could post negitive stars I would. Connection with this place , while I was still able to partially function, I asked a doctor at 2 separate times to do a MRI that was never done , if it was he would have seen what was wrong and I may still be able to walk ,pee and run with my kids . Would not recommend this place . Bring your love one's anywhere else's but this place !
