100 out of 100 I enjoy my experience I love the vibe and how noticeable they were the doctors were very hands on and passionate about what they do they made me feel so comfortable the whole staff was amazing Im glad I found a dental place that is completely caring

Dr Hale is very gentle and thorough. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Outside of the dental cleaning associate, all of the staff are extremely unprofessional. I went in to get a filling done, it was an emergency and this seemed to have good reviews so I chose to go here. And what an unfortunate mistake that turned out to be. With the exception of the dental cleaning and tooth X-ray associates, all of the staff were pretty unprofessional and the dentists assistant was especially rude and demanding for no reason. I had to pay out of pocket for my filling which was pretty hefty as it was and then I get charged another $145 the next day for another filling. I NEVER CAME IN THE NEXT DAY, the associate I spoke to on the phone insisted I did and put me on hold several times only to then change her mind and state that I got a second filling on the same day I came in for the first filling. Its honestly vile and greedy of them to be overcharging a whole $145 extra after doing the most to make my initial experience as unpleasant as possible. I dont know how much of a difference this will make but Im hoping this reaches people who cant afford to get scammed.. Please dont go here if you can help it

The worst experience ever and I gave them a second chance but still they kept messing up. Had me waiting for over an hour with a whole in my tooth because she was multitasking, the manager is part of all those bad practices and then at the end they are rushing to leave. I am removing my insurance from you guys and you will never see my face again.
