I went on the internet at InclusicCare to request an appointment to see a Dentist and never heard anything from that request, so reading the comments this used to be Jefferson Community Health Care Dental and now it's call InclusicCare. They are unprofessional now and back when it was JCHCDC they are still unprofessional. Zero Stars

This is place had its name changed and is now called Inclusiv Care. The secretary  tried to convince me for 5 minutes that I could not send them my dentist's x-rays, she kept assuming the x-rays were "on paper" and "bc we can't read it on paper, it must be on the computer". I told her my oral surgeon accepted my dental x-rays, why didn't they? I never said they were "paper" and she was just making an assumption. It was an exhausting phone call. She kept insisting "not on paper". Not sure why. I don't think ANY dentist would send a paper cray, ever, so I don't know WHAT she was referring to. Too many red flags now I don't want to go to them because I don't trust them!

I was looking for a cheap place to get 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled. I decided to go to this one because it's near my house. I called in and tried to make an appointment but the receptionist didn't seem to want to look up any dates and told me I can do a walk in ( which should be a flag already). My bf had to take off to take me in case I couldn't  drive home. We got there and the receptionist said that they are full and I can make an appointment. Omg !!! Are you serious??? I was trying to do that last week. What a waste of time (red flag #2)! I went ahead and made the appointment for next week. I told them again that I needed 4 wisdom tooth pulled and got all the information together including and x-ray from the previous dentist. I went to the appointment thinking I could get it done , oh I was so wrong. Went in there and they had the dentist  looked at my teeth and just gave me a consultation. Telling me something that a orthodontist and a dentist had already told me. She say she couldn't do the extraction that day anyways cause they had other appointments. I understand that they wont have time to do it but the receptionist could of told me I needed a consultation first and that it couldn't be done on the same day. I guess that's what I get to go to a cheap place. I just wish the receptionist could do a better job at informing their new clients.

I am assisting a friend with her dental care - complicated story, but essentially I'm along for all of the visits and have my nose in everything.  We really liked Dr. Ardalan, but we started having problems when he wasn't at our appointments and my friend was having her teeth fixed by another dentist.  She had decided to change her dental plan, but whenever we went to the appointments they told us she had to talk to her dentist about the change and had another dentist come in to do her teeth.  It took us a few phone calls before they told us that he's now the CEO of the company and is no longer taking clients.  We would have appreciated knowing that we were no longer under his care (though we were really starting to wonder as we'd been seeing different dentists at each appointment!).  They had apparently switched us to the third dentist we'd seen who'd left my friend in excruciating pain.  My friend said she wouldn't see that particular dentist again, and they were able to assign us to the second dentist who'd filled in for Dr. Ardalan.  Considering the circumstances of my friend's need for extended care (visits every month for several months), I feel that we should have been able to continue seeing Dr. Ardalan, or at least been called and notified of the switch.  I'm rating 3 stars for frustration with the service.  This is a great place if you do not have insurance and are not well-paid.  In many ways it is better than LSU because it's about the same price and a professional dentist is doing the work instead of a student.  It is less time-consuming than LSU because the dentists don't have to wait for an instructor to check them off on their work (a simple filling can take three hours at LSU!).  Jefferson dental services will look at a pay check and possibly put you on the "sliding scale," where everything is half-price.
