      Hello Mr. Sanchez, I'd like to explain why you experienced this. Your appointment was scheduled for 3:00pm and you arrived at 2:05pm. The "other" people that you saw being helped had earlier appointment times. You were put in an exam room at 2:41pm which was earlier than your scheduled time. The doctor was finished with your appointment, and you left our clinic at 3:30pm. We take our appointment times very seriously and really appreciate you for coming early, but sometimes we run right on schedule. I hope you understand this. Thanks, Alexis (Practice Manager)

      image Worst of the worst. Pls avoid this place. Came early to my appointment and other come in and they sit for 2 min and walk right in. This happened 4 times. Absolutely ridiculous.
