I can always find nice quality clothes on sale and the best part is their petite collection. I am 5 feet and they always have stylish clothes. Loft is my go to for many of my clothes.

Horrible customer service!!!! I walked in to two employees walking the floor and three behind the counter having conversations but not one of them greeted me or asked me if they can help me! I finally had to ask one of the girls to start a fitting room for me after she walked by me and saw me struggling with all the clothes in my hand. Once I was in the fitting room, I had to walk back-and-forth to get myself different sizes because not one of them asked me if I needed help!!!!!! When it came time to check out everyone disappeared but one lady to which a line formed and I finally asked if she had anyone else that could check people out. You need your employees trained by banana republic! I will never set foot in your store again!
