We have bought and sold numerous homes over the past 35 years and have worked with many realtors in various states. Lynnette Boudet is by far the best we've ever worked with. Here's why: She was our agent when we had originally bought this property in 2013 and i couldn't say more. She spent countless hours assisting us with our Northshore home purchase in a market with very slim offerings, and the result was spectacular. The purchase was smooth and seamless. On the sale of the same home in 2024 we chose her - and it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Her expert knowledge of the Northshore market is exceptional and beyond compare. We contracted within 2 days of going on market at full price - which by the way was much more than i was planning for. Most importantly, Lynnette's expert advice prevented many potential issues on this sale. Anyone looking for a Northshore realtor, Lynnette Boudet is in my opinion the best that there is.

Lynette is THE BEST in the business!!! Her wealth of knowledge in the real estate world is top notch and any question we had, she easily answered. We were nervous to move to a new and unfamiliar area and she guided us every step of the way. She was on top of EVERYTHING. She also seems to know everyone in the area through her many years in the business, so she has lots of contacts and connections to help you out with any "extras" you may need (inspectors, home repairs, insurance, etc). She was also very kind, bubbly and great with our loud/distracting children at showings. She always made us feel very comfortable and at ease during a potentially very stressful time.
